The event hosting platform complete with news/blogging is free of charge

The registration service provides organizers with a one click registration forms and administrative back end Also provides mass emails and sms services to the pilots (SMS credits must be bought).

• The cost is 1,00 EUR / (participant/tracked device/phone) for the event.

LiveTracking Service General Notes

• The cost is computed by the number of participants / tracked devices or phones in each event.
• The organizer is responsible for setting up and updating the events/tasks. In case of problems LiveTrack24 can provide assistance either before or during the event based on the availability and nature of the problem. If you need extended help before or during the event please contact us (info@livetrack24.com) for a quote.

For Pg/HG competition events :

• For events up to 7 days the cost is 2,50 EUR / (participant/tracked device/phone) for the whole event
• For events with more than 7 days the cost is 2,50 EUR * 1,50 = 3,75 EUR / device / for the whole event

NOTES

• Setup and running fee per event is fixed to 50,00 EUR . This cost is merged into the total cost and is given free if the total cost is > 50,00 EUR. If the total cost is < 50,00 EUR then only the setup fee will be paid.

• In case of bad weather or other unavoidable circumstances the rental fee will be refunded, if not even one task took place.

• You can also book physical presence and services for setting and running the livetracking, the cost is EURO 120,00 / Day + transport and accommodation, minimum 3 days

For Gliding & other Airsports

• For events up to 7 days the cost is 5,00 EUR / device for the whole event
• For events with more than 7 days the cost is 5,00 EUR * 2,50 = 7,50 EUR / device / for the whole event

Support availability

The service is self-provisioned so that organizers are able to setup & run events without further assistance. The events setup guide can be found here

We try to provide support to all events as fast as possible BUT our availability is not guaranteed

So if you really need guaranteed support you have to book it in advance (at least one week prior). Please send an email to info@livetrack24.com stating your event url and the timeslot you will need it. Guaranteed Support is priced at 15,00 EUR / Hour and must be prepaid before the event start.

Non booked support outside working hours is charged 30,00 EUR / request.

Urgent problems that are related to well functioning of the server (but not configuration problems/questions) can be addressed to urgent24@livetrack24.com

Extra SLA for configuration & monitoring (Service level agreement)

Retrieve Subsystem

Mainly used for PG / HG competitions. The cost is 0,30 EUR / (participant/tracked device/phone) for the whole event.
